During this entrepreneurial course I learned about the different laws and regulations needed when determining what type of business is being started. There are different tax breaks that will effect the company if the owner has sole ownership, a partnership, or even if its a non-profit. In learning the various aspects of entrepreneurship I conducted journals for each topic of the week.
