LeADERS - is a high impact learning initiative that helps you get the most out of your undergraduate experience.

Being an online distance learner, I wanted to join as many organizations as possible to feel included and stay connected so to speak. When Leaders was introduced to me, I applied and was accepted into the program, not realizing I had already taken a couple of courses that aligned with Leader's requirements.

Leaders gave me an additional drive to step into the unknown because of the various courses that provides experience through discovery whether living in another country for a year, participating in a study abroad, an internship, or volunteer. Additionally, the medals awarded at graduation is a nice incentive to succeed. There's nothing like a medal to cherish and hold to remind you of the goals and growth one has accomplished.

During my educational journey I have developed leadership skills, persistence, exploration, and entrepreneurial skills. Because Leaders introduced professional developmental courses, I had the advantage to enhance my knowledge and assets through project participation.
